Scholarship for Local One/Two Year Master/MPhil Programme
Under the scheme “Institutional Strengthening of P&D Board
and Capacity Building of Public Sector Employees” – Bihar
Session-2023
Have a master’s degree or 16 years of education.
Age should not be more than 50 years.
Minimum five (05) years work experience in BPS-16 and above.
Not currently on deputation with a donor agency or international agency.
Not on long leave (equal to or more than one year) from Govt.

Give an undertaking on stamp paper that he will serve the government for at least three (03) years.
After obtaining his degree he will bear all expenses otherwise incurred for the course.
To be paid into the public treasury.
Do not engage in inquiry or disciplinary proceedings. (However, officers facing minor penalties,
inquiry or disciplinary proceedings may apply for scholarship under this scheme, if otherwise eligible).
Scrutiny of applications and selection of scholars will be done by approved committees.

It is reiterated that this initiative is a good opportunity to train critical human resources.
