The Directorate General of Public Relations of the Government of Punjab has announced an advertisement regarding internship opportunities for fresh graduates published as Chief Minister Punjab Internship Program 2022 for Media Graduates. Through this CM Punjab Internship Programme, 500 fresh graduates will be provided internship opportunities to hone their skills for a bright career in the media industry. It is a paid internship-based training program; therefore, candidates will be employed for two years if they are selected for this program.
Applicants who wish to be admitted to this program must have a graduate degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations/Advertising, or Firms and Media. Fresh graduate residents of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan can apply.
Candidates should have a good academic record. Applying for the Media Graduates Internship Program requires a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0 out of 4.0. Both males and females are eligible for this Chief Minister Punjab Internship Program. A 50% quota is reserved for women. 10% of the journalist quota is also given to children. Selected prisoners will be paid Rs. 20,000/-per month. A fund of Rs 6 crore 70 lakhs has been provided for the program by Chief Minister Punjab.
